Rachel Olivia Schneider is a graduate of both PALI Incubation and PALI Film, completing her studies in 2025. During her studies she was able to learn a selection of diverse skills both behind, and in-front of the camera. In 2025 she was part of the team that created the first Lion’s Pride Film and Theatre Festival. She was fortunate enough to gain experience on multiple professional sets. Including Ontwaak, Reënboogrant, and Bly. She also performed in professional stage productions at the MANEFEST play festival. Most notably in 2024 she was in The Inexplicable Death Of Dolores Meintjies, Directed by Lara Lourens, which won best production. Her skills also include movement, and she has performed in a few productions under the tutelage of Tiaan Slabbert. She also won an award for Best Business in her first year in 2023. Rachel is a diligent, trained, and hardworking professional. She loves taking up the challenge of a new project, creating all aspects of a character, and learning new skills to broaden her horizons. As of 2026 she is currently working in various children's theatre and youth theatre productions, as well as directing two of her own projects.
